Doctor Strange Animated Film Updates

Marvel has been putting out some decent animated films on DVD based on their established superheroes, the latest will be the upcoming Dr. Strange DVD. Marvel just updated the promo site for Dr. Strange’s flick. Honestly I think this is a bold character to try and tackle. Marvel has had a tough time really finding a direction for Dr. Strange in comic book form. The character has had so many “reboots” its unreal. Writers always seem to have a tough time determining his level of power and competence. Artist also can’t seem to find a costume for the guy that people are happy with. Lately he’s been back in the traditional togs.

I’ll check it out though. We’ve had a couple Ultimate Avengers DVD’s which are kind of a lite version of the Ultimates brought to cartoon life. Both stories were okay, I actually enjoyed the second movie since it wasn’t based off any storyline followed in the Ultimates comic book. I haven’t seen the Iron Man DVD, but honestly I’m not that big of a fan of the character. But I do dig Doctor Strange.
